Eldah provides AI-powered features including but not limited to:

• AI text conversations

• Real-time voice conversations

• Speech-to-text transcription

• AI-generated summaries

• Text summarization

• Other AI-powered productivity features

Our Services may evolve over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.

Eldah uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, and transcriptions.

While we strive to provide helpful and accurate results:

• AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

• AI-generated summaries and transcriptions may contain errors..

• You should independently verify important information.

• The Services are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

Eldah does not provide medical, legal, financial, accounting, emergency, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.

Some features allow real-time voice conversations and speech transcription.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these features complies with all applicable laws regarding recording, monitoring, and consent.

If you record or transcribe conversations involving other individuals, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before doing so.

Eldah is not responsible for your compliance with applicable recording or privacy laws.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or abuse others.

• Upload malicious software or harmful code.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.

• Use Eldah to generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.

• Use automated methods to abuse or overload the Services.

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Eldah, including prompts, messages, voice recordings, and uploaded files.

By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide.

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices are displayed before purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed securely through Stripe.

Billing, payment methods, and invoices are managed through your Stripe customer account where applicable.

Subscriptions purchased within the iOS application are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with its own policies.

You may manage or cancel your Apple subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Trial availability and duration may vary.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or the platform through which you subscribed.

The Services, including our software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, models, and content (excluding user content), are owned by Eldah AI or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We aim to keep Eldah available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Security updates

• Infrastructure failures

• Third-party outages

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

• Abuse the Services.

• Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldah disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eldah AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eldah during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users through the Services or by email.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eldah AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
